Individual Therapy
Virtual therapy for adults across Ontario.
A space to process grief, relationship loss, major life transitions, trauma, and emotional overwhelm with care, reflection, and support.
What individual therapy can offer
Therapy creates room to speak honestly about what hurts, what feels uncertain, and what may be difficult to put into words. It can be a place to process grief, understand emotional patterns, and make space for meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.
Some people come to therapy in the middle of a crisis. Others come because something has been quietly weighing on them for a long time. There is no single right reason to begin.

How I work
My approach is rooted in a psychoanalytic foundation and also draws on CBT, mindfulness-based approaches, person-centred care, and solution-focused brief therapy. In practice, that means our work may include exploring deeper emotional patterns and relationships, while also developing practical ways to cope, reflect, and respond to what is happening in the present.
I aim to offer a space that is compassionate, thoughtful, and steady. Therapy is collaborative, and the work unfolds in a way that respects your pace, your history, and what feels most meaningful to you.
